The Elite AOT Program

Only NWHA Affiliated events will count for points. 

Participants must choose one division and can accumulate points through competition in both 2 and 3 gait designated AOT classes.  

Community Outreach: 

• We see you working the gates, setting up center ring, and many other tasks that need to be done to put on a successful show. As a part of this program you can accumulate points with your volunteer time! Use the log sheet to keep track of your points and be sure to have show management sign off on your submitted time. Please submit one log sheet per show.
• Committee contribution allows our AOT members to also accumulate points. Committee chairs must sign off on submitted involvement prior to year-end submission. Please complete the Committee Contribution Form (1 per committee) below and ask that your committee chair sign-off on your involvement. Please submit (1) Committee Contribution form per committee  by December 15th. 
• All documents must be submitted to the NWHA Office by December 15th of the current show season and can be e-mailed (preferred) to office@nwha.com or mailed to PO BOX 12430 Reading, PA 19612. If sending via mail everything must be received by December 15th (no exceptions).

Nomination Fee Schedule

• Be sure to get your nomination dues in early as declaration is only $100 if you nominate your team by May 1st. 
• After May 1st but Before September 1st the price increases to $200
• After September 1st but before December 15th the price increases to $350
• No nominations will be accepted after December 15th for the current show season
